Job Title: Childcare Nutrition Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement healthy meal plans for children in accordance with HMCCP guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting kitchen environment at all times.
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation, handling, and serving to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses.
  • Plan meals that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking groceries and equipment.
  • Collaborate with campus leadership to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Certification: WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior experience in childcare centers or hospitality is highly valued.
  • Skills: Knowledge of child nutrition and food safety, ability to cook efficiently for large groups, strong sense of cleanliness, responsibility, and organization, language proficiency in English.
