
Segment Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC / ACMV and cooling solutions in data centers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with operators, developers, and consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions for client needs.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certification or diploma in HVAC systems is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in data center or HVAC sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies and data center infrastructure.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
- Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
