Senior Social Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Social Care Manager. This role will play a key part in driving forward our organization's strategic priorities and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that enhance community care delivery.
As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic portfolios that advance social-health integration. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and work closely with partners to drive progress and conversations.
- Develop strategies and workplans to advance our organization's role in new health/social policies
- Identify opportunities for collaborations with partners and internal stakeholders
- Oversight of end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives
- Keeping abreast of developments in the health and social landscape
- Secretariat duties to drive progress and conversations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years of relevant working experience with 1-2 years in a leadership position
- Prior experience in planning, strategic partnerships, and portfolio/product management is an advantage
- Experience in project management and multi-stakeholder working
- Proactiveness to grow portfolios
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Able to adapt in a fluid environment with multiple demands
