Job Title: Senior Social Care Manager
">Role Overview">The Senior Social Care Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of services and managing complex cases. This role requires a high level of expertise in social work, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
]Key Responsibilities">- Conduct family interviews to assess clients' needs and develop care plans.
- Oversee social workers in intake and admission exercises, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with allied professionals to holistically manage critical cases.
Oversight of Clinical Case Work:
">- Lead social workers in designing care plans and identifying presenting/underlying familial issues.
- Develop and implement programmes to support caregivers.
Programme Development:
">- Assist in developing and implementing programmes to promote resilience among families.
Group Work:
">- Develop and facilitate group therapy sessions to build social support systems.
Community Networking and Collaboration:
">- Collaborate with community partners to mobilise resources for client management.
Professional Development and Education:
">- Seek continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work required.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills essential.
