Braun Singapore, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day‐to‐day operations of the team locally, including inventory management, procurement, distribution, customer service, and 3PL logistics. The role ensures timely and cost‐effective delivery of products while aligning with global strategies and maintaining high service levels. Additionally, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives and support business growth through strategic planning and cross‐functional collaboration. Your key responsibilities Develop local supply chain strategies that align with global and regional goals. Keep inventory healthy and ensure timely delivery to meet company targets. Work closely with Sales, Ops, and other teams to support business growth. Lead and coach the SCM team to maintain high performance and service quality. Track and report key performance indicators set by both local and global teams. Analyze logistics data to spot issues and collaborate with stakeholders to fix them. Oversee 3PL partners to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and SLA compliance. Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement in supply chain processes. What you will bring to the team Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing 3PL providers in Singapore or Southeast Asia. Strong knowledge of Singapore import/export regulations and customs procedures. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain planning tools. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
