**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the creation of new business development plans.
- Analyse the market to search for new potential customers.
- Develop and grow the defined target customer base.
- Design and lead the implementation of SCM solution based on enterprise business requirements and IT strategies
- Leverage up-to-date technology knowledge, industry trends and software development best practices to enhance, improve, and streamline Forecasting/Sales/Procurement/Logistics/Manufacturing Operations business processes for efficiency and productivity gains for client.
- Collaborate with business clients and internal teams to determine appropriate solutions and deliver on multiple large-scale projects
- Work collaboratively with business users to define the needs and propose solutions that add value
- Performs business process analysis to define software functional design requirements and define configuration requirements
- Establish trusted relationship with clients to drive discussions related to their strategic objectives. You negotiate contracts to ensure both parties mutually benefit.
- You will cooperate closely with other functions to maximise business opportunities. Feedback market information to the technical teams to support continuous improvement of our service offering.
- Full-spectrum consultant roles for clients in strategically relevant projects

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Sound experience of at least relevant experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing multiple assignments/projects at once, removing impediments, overcoming complex challenges, and driving them to successful completion
- Proven track record in pro-actively securing new business opportunities
- Proven track record of driving multiple time-sensitive projects under a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of DT consulting, ISP/PI and SCM project solutions and procedures
- Knowledge and experience in up-to-date SCM solution trends with understanding IT architecture (w/Cloud)
- Knowledge and experience in sales and manufacturing industry
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales and manufacturing industry or a willingness to gain deep knowledge in a short span of time
- Ability to discover related business opportunities such as ERP and MES in addition to SCM
- A solid understanding of complex technological solutions, especially in electronics, semiconductor, chemicals, other etc. manufacturing
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour.
- Project management skills with strong self-motivation
- Good multi-tasking problem-solving skills
- High degree of self-initiative and ability to think and act independently
- Excellent communication skills with good attitude
- With a strong client focus and build and maintain strong client relationships - all with a view to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in English and Korean (to liaise on daily basis with Korean speaking stakeholders)
