**Responsibilities**:

- Act as Oracle SCM Functional Lead in global green field implementations.
- Run the SCM functional track in ensuring end to end design is seamless, able to get fit user requirements, and fits Oracle Cloud SCM best practices.
- Design and implement integrated processes in the Manufacturing industry to the Oracle Cloud SCM systems;
- Ensure 3rd party systems integration design is incorporate in the overall process design.
- Able to execute all the project phases in Oracle Unified Methodology;
- Lead and run workshops at various phases.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- 10 years of IT industry experience.
- Minimum 6 years of ERP implementation experience.
- Domain expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain with good understanding of industry best practices of diverse businesses like Hi-Tech, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Service Industry, etc.
- At least 2 full cycle of Oracle ERP implementation experience.
- Oracle SCM experience (with at least 1 project on Oracle SCM Cloud and multiple projects from Oracle EBS implementations).
- Complex multi-country, multi-entity implementation experience
- In depth knowledge of functional domains in SCM.
- Good experience Configuring Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Experience in Oracle SCM Cloud Reporting Tools (Smart View, FR Studio).
- PaaS, SaaS - experience
- English (Fluent) written and spoken compulsory;
- Must have experience in greenfield projects.
- Experience in working with interfaces between Oracle SCM Cloud and 3rd party systems;
- Good experience in data migration, data cleansing advisory to key users;
- Able to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines, and user expectations, and producing high quality deliverables;
- Able to independently advise the client;
- Good communication skills, possess creative, calm, pleasant, patient and hardworking personality.
- Able to work well with a remote and multicultural team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science related field
- Oracle SCM Cloud certification preferred.
