Job Title: Sales Business Development Professional

We are seeking a Sales Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the regional bid process to support the wider sales team's strategic focus of winning new business, maximising current strategic accounts and driving innovation.

Your Role:

  • Manage the regional bid process to support the wider sales team's strategic focus.
  • Support the tender process with new clients by writing professional tenders following corporate and industry guidelines and governance.
  • Play an advisory role to stakeholders in interpreting clients' needs and requirements, and potential risks to the business.
  • Presentation of tenders in a professional manner according to corporate presentation guidelines.
  • Identify new opportunities for tenders and bids for the business, qualify them with the sales managers, and ensure the process is managed and delivered within tight deadlines.
  • Set transition plans for implementation teams as well as service delivery guidelines.
  • Ensure service delivery is done to the highest standards for clients and candidates.
  • Contribute to regular sales performance reporting and forecasts.
  • Continuously improve and update sales collaterals and standardize proposals.
  • Conduct specific sales processes tasks.
  • Collect market intelligence.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent with good experience in tender management/sales support process in a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in developing complex business solutions.
  • Experience in an international business environment with fluent communication skills in English with various stakeholders (Internal & external).
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent writing skills and ability to work under stringent and tight deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with sound project management skills.
  • Knowledge of pricing and sales techniques.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to present data in a clear and structured manner.
  • Organized with the ability to follow processes.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and experienced with Microsoft Packages, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
