Site Operations Executive

The Site Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on a construction site. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
About the Role
This position involves planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of construction work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials. They will also be expected to liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure that project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to manage project expectations
- Supervise and manage site personnel to ensure they perform their tasks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and reports on site progress and performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, laws, and company policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction methods, regulations, and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
