We are supporting a well-established, high-growth technology company in their search for an experienced Technical Accounting Manager / Senior Manager to join their regional finance organization. This role is critical, with upcoming year-end reporting and temporary capacity gaps within the team. What You'll Do: Lead and support technical accounting matters , including complex transactions, new standards, and accounting memos. Drive consolidation and financial reporting activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. Partner closely with regional finance leaders on SEC reporting requirements , internal controls, and accounting governance. Provide hands-on support during a peak period, working alongside senior stakeholders across Finance. What We're Looking For: Strong technical accounting expertise (Big 4 background preferred). Proven experience in US GAAP, IFRS , and complex accounting assessments. Prior exposure to SEC reporting and IFRS F-20 is a strong advantage. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Available to support on a 6 months contract/interim basis. Contract Details: Immediate start preferred. Senior-level engagement.
