**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Manage and perform month-end close process for a portfolio of clients;
- Handle full sets of accounts, corporate and individual income taxes, GST, and corporate secretarial matters;
- Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ internal reporting and statutory deadlines;
- Assist clients with any accounting and tax, GST, payroll related issues;
- Coach and review work of junior staff and provide guidance as and when necessary;
- Improve SOPs & workflows of department;
- Any other ad hoc duties / special client projects as assigned;

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy; ISCA, ACCA, CPA or other equivalent professional qualifications;
- 3 to 5 years of accounting/auditing experience in outsourced accounting and/or audit firms;
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn;
- Ability to multitask and set daily, weekly and monthly priorities;
- Detailed oriented with a strong level of accuracy in aspects or reporting and communication.
- Experience with using QuickBooks Online and Xero a plus;
- Experience in consolidation is preferred;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
