This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.We look forward to meeting youJob description We are seeking a seasoned Workday Architect to lead and shape our Workday ecosystem across HCM. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on expert in Workday configuration, design, and implementation, who can drive transformational solutions aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design the Workday platform to meet complex organizational requirements across HCM and other modules. Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain a scalable Workday configuration, supporting both functional and technical aspects. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless configuration and alignment with organizational goals. Oversee and guide complex Workday integrations with third-party systems. Act as a Workday subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members. Drive continuous improvements and system enhancements post-implementation. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of Workday experience Certifications: Workday certifications are highly preferred. Strong background in Workday Functional configuration and architecture design. Proven experience in leading full-suite Workday implementations. In-depth knowledge of Workday security, business process design, and reporting/analytics. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
