Job Description Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Service Now Advisory Solution Consultant with a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Service Now solutions, with a strong preference for experience in self-hosted or on-premise environments. Knowledge of the Singapore public sector landscape is an added advantage. Responsibilities: Provide expert advisory services on Service Now solutions to clients, focusing on understanding their business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions. Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team. Guide and mentor customers and partners in adopting Service Now capabilities, ensuring they maximize the platform's potential to meet their organizational goals. Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs. Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and Service Now colleagues. Collaborate closely with clients to assess their current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend Service Now best practices. Guide customers/partners about Service Now configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet client requirements. Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase Service Now capabilities and gather requirements. Lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team. Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team. Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation. Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows. Qualifications Requirements: Proven experience as a Service Now Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful implementations. In-depth knowledge of Service Now platform features, including configuration, scripting, and integrations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Dynamic personality with high energy levels and a positive attitude towards challenges. Familiarity with self-hosted or on-premise Service Now environments is highly desirable. Previous exposure to the Singapore public sector or similar governmental organizations would be advantageous. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Service Now certifications (such as Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
