Job Title: Training Coordinator
As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for administering various aspects of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration and Payments: Ensure timely and accurate processing of registrations and payments.
- Training Administration: Coordinate pre-programme to post-programme activities, including internal and external partnerships.
- Enquiries and Appeals: Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries and appeals.
- SOPs and Procedures: Maintain existing SOPs and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Consolidation: Provide consolidated data for management reporting and support external audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of similar industry practices and training grants.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
