Specialist Recruiter in Accounting & Finance (Mid-Senior Search)About the Role We are seeking a high-calibre Strategy professional to join our client's regional leadership team, driving strategic growth and transformation initiatives across Asia. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders on high-impact projects spanning market expansion, portfolio optimization, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, paired with a hands-on approach to executing strategic initiatives within a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to define and execute strategic priorities for the region, including market entry, growth acceleration, and business transformation initiatives. Lead strategic analyses, business cases, and financial modeling to support decision-making on investments, partnerships, and new business opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams to translate strategic recommendations into actionable business plans. Drive strategic reviews, long-range planning, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives. Support M&A evaluation, post-merger integration, and strategic partnerships as needed. Prepare executive-level presentations and board materials to communicate key insights and recommendations.
