Office Manager – Part Time Randstad Singapore About the Company We have an exciting opportunity for a part‐time Office Manager to join a dynamic team at a financial firm. This role requires a commitment of 32 hours per week. About the Role Reporting to the CEO, your main focus will be managing office operations, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting staff to ensure the office runs efficiently. Key responsibilities include handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, managing office supplies and equipment, and assisting with budgeting and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide general secretarial and administrative support to a team Effectively manage the team’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle logistics and catering lunches as needed Co‐coordinate internal and external client meetings across different time zones Co‐coordinate the team’s business travel (flights, accommodation, etc.)Handle expenses reimbursements and other ad‐hoc tasks as needed Coordinate logistics, manage registration, and provide on‐site support Manage deliveries, correspondence, meeting rooms booking, greet visitors, and liaise with building management on facility issues Perform ad‐hoc duties as required Skills and Requirements 5‐8 years of experience in a similar role Efficient in meeting deadlines in a fast‐paced environment Confident and flexible with a helpful personality Team player who works well alongside peers Base Pay Range 32 hours per week 12 months contract, paying up to $2,500Location Town Other Details Seniority level: Mid‐Senior level Employment type: Part‐time Job function: Administrative Industries: Administrative and Support Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
