Responsibilities
Preparation, administration, and monitoring of paper based & computer-based exam which includes the following:
Perform a second level of verification checks to confirm that the registered candidates meet the minimum qualification requirements of the Examinations Board and are eligible for the said examinations.
Handles exam marking, deferment, withdrawal, appeal request & releasing of exam result for all registered candidates.
Handle and manage all queries relating to the examination registration, administration, and results notification in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsible for examination venue set-up and requirements as may be prescribed by the Authority from time to time.
Responsible for conducting a pre-exam briefing for invigilators, chief invigilators & ushers before exam commencement.
Administer and proctor all other computer-based exams.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher NITEC.
Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience.
Good knowledge of supported courses will be an advantage.
Comfortable to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for at least 6 times a year during the conduct of a paper-based examination.
