This role reports to: Regional Vendor Funding Director Key Responsibilities 3 best things about the job: Working on some of the most exciting brands Being part of an innovative and fast paced agency and working with passionate people You will be able to work with the team on servicing the client's Vendor funding requirements but also exceeds them Measures of success –In three months: Demonstrate understanding of the Vendor Funding process and business challenges and begin to contribute ideas on how to drive clients' business success. Recoup co-op marketing dollars from client's alliance partners by claims submissions Great understanding of your portfolio of clients. In six months: Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges. Manage accruals of claiming dollars with client's finance team Anticipate country requirements and provide pro‐active and reactive support to country agency and local/ regional client. Assist country agency with alliance partners' online portal and any trouble shooting. Recoups co-op marketing dollars from client's alliance partners In 12 months: Build, maintain and manage good relationships with client's alliance partners. Manage and ensure monthly vendor claim submissions in an accurate and timely manner. Manage accruals of claiming dollars with client's finance What you'll bring: Support your Director on key functions include but not limited to Vendor Funding, accruals and finance Reporting Participate in monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of claims Identify appropriate improvements needed on audits and reviews with the guidance from the Director Ensure regular reporting is delivered on time with accuracy Ensure that claims and activities pending to be processed are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs . Working closely with the planning team to ensure documentation for claims are delivered on time Develop strong working relationship with key client and media planners. This will include acting as the first point of contact for vendor funding queries Energy, passion and self-motivation Be unique and will demonstrate our brand behaviours in all that you do Minimum qualifications: Japanese (At least N2) and English Language proficiency. This position requires Japanese language skills because of the market and stakeholders this individual will be responsible for. Equipped with Microsoft Office skills – Excel Organizational skillset Possess good interaction skills. Possess good problem-solving skills.
