Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and maintaining window displays and in-store merchandising for all Miu Miu shops in South Asia.
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain window displays and in-store merchandising across all Miu Miu stores.
Address store-specific visual merchandising challenges, considering store size, window constraints, and inventory levels.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are maintained.
Coordinate with Retail Operations to organize window setup schedules.
Collaborate with the Merchandising Department to understand and implement visual strategies aligned with business needs.
Train shop staff to uphold display standards.
Maintain accurate records of measurements and dimensions for display props development.
Coordinate with head office on orders, shipments, and collection of display props and fixtures.
Manage and train visual merchandising staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
Assist in setting up displays for showrooms and special events.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software
