Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on production line machinery
Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC programs, and wiring diagrams
Assist in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment
Maintain documentation of repairs, maintenance, and inspections
Ensure all work complies with Nestlé’s safety and quality policies
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
Requirements
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2–5 years of experience as an industrial or line electrician (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing)
Strong understanding of electrical safety and industrial equipment
Experience with PLC systems, VFDs, and automation is a plus
Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot independently
Good communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotating shifts and respond to emergency call-outs
Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary:
AED 4,500 – AED 6,500 (based on experience and qualifications)
