As we continue to expand, we're looking for driven Telesales Executives to join our high-energy Business Development team and help us reach new heights.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls (database provided) to potential business clients to introduce OOm's digital marketing solutions
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and booking appointments for Business Managers
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and call details
- Support weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
- Represent OOm with professionalism and enthusiasm during every interaction
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
Requirements
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales is preferred
(Fresh graduates with a passion for outreach are welcome) - Strong communication skills
- Confident, energetic, and highly self-motivated
- Resilient in handling rejections and maintaining a positive attitude
- A team player with a proactive and accountable work ethic
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Bonus: Experience in B2B calling, consultative selling, media sales, or digital marketing services
