We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role will involve managing administrative tasks efficiently while actively engaging in telemarketing to drive customer bookings and sales conversions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Create and maintain schedules for front desk operations and ensure prompt client service.
  • Coordinate pantry and stationery orders as well as water supply for outlets.
  • Update internal databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems with accurate information.
  • Manage documentation for operational and regulatory upkeep.
  • Support general operations with any other ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Telemarketing Duties:
  • Make outbound calls to promote services, treatments, and ongoing promotions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement efforts.
  • Work closely with the operations team to align telemarketing efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Compile telemarketing and sales performance reports regularly.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proven experience in a similar role within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Showcase strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Display a customer-centric attitude with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
