The Opportunity
Liaise with LTA on vehicle registration matters
Work with Sales, New Car Logistics & Accounts Dept
Liaise with sales consultants on order processing & registration matters
Organise COE Bidding Exercise
Lead a vehicle registration team
Handle administrative matters for the dept
Ensure salesmen commission are computed correctly
Generate monthly reports & update shared folders
Administer cross-training with the division
Ad-hoc reports for Management
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level with relevant administrative experience, preferably with Vehicle Registration knowledge
Proficient in MS Office
Meticulous and detail-oriented, especially when handling voluminous paperwork.
Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance-driven environment
Enthusiastic, focused and committed to doing your best
Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
