Overview

Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Market Development – part of the Market Development team responsible for growing Changi's aviation business, enhancing competitiveness and attractiveness as the air hub of choice in the region. The team works with airlines, industry trade partners and relevant stakeholders to strengthen passenger traffic and air connectivity through new service launches, expanding existing services, and initiatives to increase traffic to and through the airport.

You will be assigned a portfolio of airlines from the Southwest Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands). You will engage and collaborate with these airlines to grow the Changi air hub and identify new airline opportunities. You may also engage with government agencies to promote traffic and connectivity growth at Changi. Responsibilities include traffic analysis, preparing and presenting business cases to airlines, staying informed on market trends, and analysing implications for Changi's hub growth. You will also work with partners in aviation (airlines, travel trade, national tourism organisations) to roll out joint campaigns promoting Changi as the preferred
