Job Title:

Integrated Engagement Support Officer

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and refine marketing materials to ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Maintain and update website content in line with current programmes and initiatives.
  • Adapt copy for various platforms and audiences while adhering to brand guidelines and organisational standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with arts, heritage, and community partners.
  • Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and project updates with external stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of partner databases and communication channels.

Event Support and Coordination:

  • Provide comprehensive support for outreach events and programmes.
  • Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
  • Handle registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups.

Administrative Excellence:

  • Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained for all engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required.
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation for various projects, ensuring compliance with organisational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Interest in Arts Management, Communications, Public Policy, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in proofreading, content management, administrative support, or programme coordination is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach and a positive working attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
