We are seeking a Marketing and Outreach Manager to support student outreach, recruitment, and admission functions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Graduate Studies Office in meeting recruitment goals. This includes coordinating and executing marketing and outreach campaigns, providing visual creation for social media and other online and offline channels, and attending to enquiries and event execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Visual Design is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience in event execution and management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
