**Job Title:** Software Support Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Software Support Professional. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing technical support and resolving common issues raised by customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide aftersales software technical support to customers
  • Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of common customer issues
  • Evaluation and escalation of urgent or critical issues to the programmer team
  • Management of inbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails from customers
  • Customer query handling and explanation in simple terms

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in software technical support for web applications at Tier/Level 1
  • High level of responsibility and strong attention to detail
  • Polite and customer service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English
