Job Title: Software Support Professional

Description

This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity for an experienced software support professional to join our organization. We are seeking a skilled individual with a strong background in Java J2EE applications, Unix, and SQL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Requirements
  • Technical Skills:
  • Recent experience working with Java J2EE applications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in application support roles, supporting or developing with Java, Unix, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/J2EE.
  • Experience with Unix commands and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, and Shell scripting.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Dynamic individual with eagerness to learn.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ownership-oriented with ability to meet SLAs without compromising work quality.
Additional Requirements
  • Must have IT background with intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL and Linux.
  • Willingness to learn and perform with commitment.
  • Open to working in shifts.
