Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Distribution Channel Associate to support business expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will drive channel growth, strengthen partner relationships and ensure seamless coordination of inventory and operational processes. This position will play a key role in managing distribution strategy, supporting new market launches and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Implement regional distribution strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners. Support commercial execution including agreements, pricing and volume planning. Manage partner escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate inventory flow between distributors and retailers to maintain supply levels. Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, operations, legal and finance to drive market success. Analyse market and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Support go-to-market initiatives and product launch activities in the region. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. 8-10 years of relevant experience in distribution channel management, sales operations, business development or program management. Proven experience in partner management and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical, communication and project-management skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite; advanced Excel / Google Sheets preferred. Preferred Experience Experience in consumer electronics, hardware or retail distribution industries. Exposure to multi-country operations across APAC. Background in managing distribution and sales partnerships for large-scale or high-growth products.
