Job Title: Cocktail Lab Assistant

The role of a Cocktail Lab Assistant is to assist in the preparation of high-quality ingredients and pre-mixed cocktails for our beverage programs. This position involves day-to-day tasks, ensuring that mise en place and cocktail ingredients are prepared efficiently and according to standards.

This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in mixology, food science, or culinary arts, and is an opportunity to be part of an innovative and collaborative environment that bridges bar craft with kitchen precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, following recipes and procedures.
  • Operate basic lab equipment under supervision (e.g., blending, infusion, carbonation).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the lab.
  • Label and store products correctly.
  • Ensure all lab equipment is properly maintained, functioning safely, and operated according to protocols.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments for special projects and product innovation.

  • Prior experience in a culinary or beverage production setting is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail.
