Job Title: Coffee and Cocktail Specialist

Are you a talented bartender who is skilled in both coffee preparation and cocktail mixology? Do you have a passion for crafting high-quality beverages and delivering outstanding customer service?

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of coffee beverages using professional coffee machines, creating and serving classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes or customer preferences, ensuring consistency and quality in all beverages served, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station at all times, managing inventory of bar and coffee supplies; restocking as needed, interacting with guests professionally, taking orders and providing recommendations, following all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and supporting the team with other front-of-house duties when required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) using professional coffee machines.
• Create and serve classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all beverages served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station at all times.
• Manage inventory of bar and coffee supplies; restock as needed.
• Interact with guests professionally, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support the team with other front-of-house duties when required.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a bartender and barista (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cocktail mixology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
