Senior Manager/Principal Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager/Principal Lead to lead our NAND Equipment Development Films team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in equipment development and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

About the Role

This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving equipment solutions under the 15-month cadence umbrella for yield, reliability, and cost gaps for NAND technology nodes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe working environment through proactive safety practices and ensure safety policies are always followed.
  • Hire, develop, mentor, and manage a team of highly capable equipment engineers.
  • Create a culture of innovation and tenacity within the group to meet the needs of accelerated technology cadence.
  • Provide regular feedback to team members on performance, develop a career plan, and mentor team members to support their professional development.
  • Set equipment strategy for future technology nodes and help define the roadmap.
  • Engage with suppliers to develop equipment and hardware improvements needed to meet the technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate with process development and manufacturing development to align on project priorities and deliver robust, high-volume manufacturing-capable equipment on time.
