Job Title:
Senior Manager/Principal Lead, NAND EDE Films

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Manager/Principal Lead to lead our NAND Equipment Development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving equipment solutions under a 15-month cadence umbrella for yield, reliability, and cost gaps for NAND technology nodes in different stages of technology introduction and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment through proactive safety practices and ensuring safety policies are always followed.
  • Hire, develop, mentor, and manage a team of highly capable equipment engineers.
  • Create a culture of innovation and tenacity within the group to meet the needs of accelerated technology cadence.
  • Provide regular feedback to team members on performance, developing a career plan, and mentoring team members to support their professional development through Micron's performance planning and appraisal process.
  • Set equipment strategy for future technology nodes and help define the roadmap.
  • Engage with suppliers to develop the equipment and hardware improvements needed to meet Micron's technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate with process development and manufacturing development to align on project priorities and deliver robust, high-volume manufacturing-capable equipment on time.

Requirements:
High energy, self-motivated, result-driven individual with strong leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving innovation and meeting business objectives.
