Role Overview

The role of the Data Center Facilities Management Assistant is to provide support to the engineering team in the daily maintenance and operation of data center facilities, ensuring the serviceability of all active and redundancy equipment.

This includes performing routine facilities activities such as critical system checks and functional testing, responding to alarms/faults, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Additionally, the role involves assisting with data center projects, site construction activities, and installations, coordinating with external contractors, and testing in adherence to operational standards within the given timeline.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded, attending to customer requests and deliveries, and complying with standard operating procedures (SOP) and relevant facility management matters and procedures.
