As a key player in the organization, you will drive business expansion by identifying and developing opportunities to enhance market reach.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals that align with business objectives.
  • Negotiate terms of contracts with clients and engage stakeholders for clear communication and alignment.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contractual terms are met effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and internal executives.
  • Design and enforce business processes and policies that support operational efficiency.
  • Continuously fill the sales pipeline by identifying and adding qualified prospects.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to facilitate sustained business growth.
  • Track and report on proposal progress and status.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the pricing department to develop competitive rate proposals.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initiation to closure.
  • Draft and finalize sales contracts for execution.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with over 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Background in customer support is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and demographics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
