Operating under several brands including Cash Money, LendDirect, Heights Finance, Southern Finance, Covington Credit, Quick Credit, and First Heritage Credit.In this role, you will have the ability to build sales to existing customers while developing new relationships that will drive long-term growth. Managing a team of 5-10 Central Sales Loan Specialists to grow the existing portfolio focusing on new customer acquisition, renewal business, and former customers. You will serve as a liaison between central sales, field operations, and central underwriting to develop strategies for building sales and working with customers to meet goals.Drive results with team members through accountability and performance feedback, providing feedback to central sales direct reports, branch operations employees, and management. Function as the liaison for Central Sales for branch operations and internal business units, promoting close collaboration between the teams. Make sales calls and originates loans to help train team members originate loans, utilizing good communication skills. Conduct the training of central sales staff on new and current product suites, pipeline management, and overall sales & underwriting needs. Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automating tasks in collaboration with operations leadership. Assist in documenting department procedures as they relate to Sales and Processing workflows. Make decisions and resolve issues related to operations under the direction of Central Operations management. Assist, implement, or coordinate special projects and timetables such as revised underwriting guide revisions.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree preferred- 2-5 years sales experience- 2+ years consumer lending experience required, specifically with loans of at least $30k- Previous experience managing a team of 5+ direct reports- Strong work ethic- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Base Salary: $55,000 - $85,000The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.
