We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Executive
to oversee the
logistics, coordination, and management of vehicle operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of new and used cars, managing delivery schedules, coordinating inspections, and maintaining showroom and test-drive units.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Coordination & Inspection
Conduct
pre-inspections of ready cars
to ensure they meet quality standards.
Arrange and oversee the
transportation of vehicles
between locations.
Manage the delivery schedule
for new cars and provide timely updates.
Follow up on
defects for new cars
with Vantage and ensure resolution.
Arrange and manage
cleaning and charging
of new vehicles before delivery.
Used Car & Showroom Management
Maintain and oversee the
used car key press , performing
routine checks
on inventory.
Ensure all
used cars are handed over promptly , with proper transfer documentation.
Manage all
showroom units , ensuring any defects are identified and repaired.
Oversee
test-drive units , scheduling regular servicing and maintenance.
Administrative & Event Support
Distribute and manage
parking tickets
for internal use.
Oversee
daily car movement between outlets , ensuring timely transportation.
Verify and ensure the submission of all
used car documents , reporting discrepancies.
Support and assist in
events and roadshows
as required.
Collaborate with
internal teams
to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Perform
any other ad-hoc duties
as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Prior experience in operations, logistics, or automotive industries is an advantage.
Has a Class 3A Driving License.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Attention to detail in inspecting and reporting vehicle conditions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up efficiently.
Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and HQ.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and tracking.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
