About the role
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for customers both post onboarding and during pre-sales. During post onboarding, you will ensure that customers understand how to manage their cybersecurity and compliance programs using the platform, drive usage, and identify new use cases to expand the platform's impact. During pre-sales, you will understand customer pain points, leverage existing customer success stories for new prospects, and help manage the pipeline with revenue-focused opportunities to increase Cyber Sierra's market presence locally and internationally.

Responsibilities
Customer Success:
Develop valuable customer experiences through Cyber Sierra's products, services, and conversations
Understand client pain points with a solution-oriented approach and a bias for action
Provide timely feedback to the product team
Conduct client training proactively
Promote the value of the product aligned with client needs
Enhance customer success, conversion rates, and retention
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for sustainable growth
Pre-sales:
Maintain an updated overview of the sales funnel as part of daily activities
Identify key conversations in markets such as Singapore, US, Japan, and Australia
Participate in top-of-the-funnel activities like events and conferences
Create sales collateral and pricing proposals
Explore new revenue streams through collaborations and partnerships in assigned markets
