Als customer care specialist zul je starten in team van vijf personen en wegens groei van het bedrijf zijn zij op zoek naar uitbreiding van het team Elke donderdag maakt de manager een weekplanning met een verdelingen van de taken binnen het team. De ene dag zul je volledig verantwoordelijk zijn voor het terugbellen van klanten en de volgende dag zul jij werken aan de mailbox en het opvolgen van updates bij zakelijke relaties met betrekking tot collectieve storingen. Er heerst een open cultuur op de werkvloer waarbij openheid naar elkaar en hard werken hand in hand met elkaar gaan. Het kantoor is goed bereikbaar met het OV en ook met de auto. Op loopafstand beheren zij een parkeergarage waar personeel kan parkeren. Hybride werken en doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn key binnen onze opdrachtgever. Zij investeren niet alleen in een duurzaam Nederland maar ook in de toekomst van hun personeel
Functieomschrijving
Als Customer Care Specialist zijn je verantwoordelijkheden :
Opvolgen van updates bij zakelijke relaties;
Te woord staan van klanten met betrekking tot diverse storingen;
Opstellen van communicatie op grote schaal;
Terugbellen en controleren van service meldingen;
Initiëren van verbetervoorstellen m.b.t. het proces;
Profiel
Als Customer Care Specialist heb je het volgende profiel :
Je hebt een opleiding op MBO-niveau afgerond;
Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
Ervaring in een klantenservice of administratieve rol is een pre;
Je hebt sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding;
Je bent bekend met Microsoft Office en CRM-systemen;
Je bent in staat om in een teamomgeving te werken en bent bereid om extra stappen te zetten wanneer dat nodig is.
