We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in empowering our sales teams with the right tools, training, and resources to succeed. What you’ll be doing Partnering with Sales Leaders to design and deliver impactful enablement programs. Developing training materials, playbooks, and best practices to support sales excellence. Driving onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires are equipped for success. Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of enablement activities. Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align strategies. What we’re looking for Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related role . Strong communication and facilitation skills. Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and resources. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Digital Marketing . Experience working with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong). A proactive and collaborative mindset.
