Academic Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
This role focuses on planning and managing academic operations to ensure the smooth delivery of programs at an institution. The Academic Operations Coordinator will oversee the examination process, including preparation, distribution, and collection of exam materials. Additionally, they will implement and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure fair and secure assessment practices.
The coordinator will play a vital role in supporting program-level events such as workshops, meetings, and dialogue sessions. They will also provide administrative support with divisional duties as assigned.
To succeed in this position, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in administration, data entry, and customer service are essential.
