About the Role

As a key member of our facilities management team, you will assist the Operations Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of our nursing home facilities. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting faults related to mechanical and electrical equipment, infrastructure, engineering, and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues with equipment, infrastructure, and buildings;
  • Attend to breakdowns and provide timely feedback to ensure minimal disruption to services;
  • Collaborate with vendors/contractors to oversee their work on site;
  • Liaise with the Nursing Department to procure necessary supplies and manage inventory control;
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure quality standards are met;
  • Comply with statutory requirements and maintain accurate records;
  • Conduct general housekeeping activities and visitor management duties as needed;
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by your reporting officer or management.

Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma in a related field (e.g., facilities management, engineering);
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.

Work Location : Macpherson (Within walking distance from Tai Seng MRT Station Ext B).
