Facility Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our indoor recreation facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized environment by sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash bins, and replenishing cleaning supplies.
  • Daily Cleaning Duties: Perform daily cleaning tasks according to established standards and schedules, ensuring all areas of the facility are maintained to a high level of cleanliness.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Identify and report maintenance issues to management and ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Physical Ability: Be able to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and take pride in your work to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and schedules as needed.
