Facilities Maintenance Assistant">

We are seeking a diligent Facilities Maintenance Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our office and warehouse spaces.

The goal is to create a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

  1. Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
  2. Stock and maintain pantry food supplies ensuring they are within their expiration dates.
  3. Maintain positive relationships with staff by being polite and courteous at all times.
  4. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  5. Wash and clear plates in the pantry area.
  6. Clear wastepaper baskets twice daily.
  7. Clear dustbins in the warehouse twice daily.
  8. Remove boxes and plastic shrinkwraps as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Ensure facilities are well-maintained.
  • Assist with inventory management.

This role requires a motivated individual who can work independently while maintaining open communication with the team.
