Store Leader

As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Your primary goal is to maintain excellent customer service while ensuring that all sales and operational targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and local partner organizations to ensure continued business growth.

Requirements:

  • Ambitious sales attitude and flexible thinking.
  • Strong leadership skills, good communication skills, and a cheerful personality.
  • Active and enthusiastic approach to work, with a focus on quality service and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with popular games and basic gaming terminology is a plus.
  • Prior experience in store management in the F&B or service industry is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages and handle a diverse client base.

  • Our stores operate from 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM, 5 or 6 days a week.
