Job Overview

The Retail Supervisor is a pivotal role that supports the Store Manager in key areas such as staffing, reporting, and inventory management. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily team briefings to align staff with store objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand products to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to create an attractive store environment.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by increasing UPT and ATV, and retaining customers.
  • Ensure all store opening, closing, and sales transactions adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and take care of mannequins and other items within the store.
  • Work closely with the inventory and merchandising teams to minimize losses through regular stock counts and receptions.
  • Represent the company by maintaining high standards at all times.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for sports/lifestyle products and services.
  • A minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, preferably as Person-In-Charge in a store setting.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
  • A pleasant personality and professional conduct, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in retail management, coaching, and mentoring people.
  • Proficiency in retail business systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
