Job Title: STORE MANAGER

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies for improvement.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
