Job Summary: The Front of House (FOH) Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth dining experience, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests. This role includes greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and effectively. 2. Operations Support Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, well-organized, and properly set up before each shift. Refill water, condiments, and cutlery as needed throughout service. Clear and reset tables quickly between seatings to maintain smooth flow. Support the team during peak hours by assisting with any front-of-house duties required. 3. Teamwork & Communication Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Participate in daily pre-shift briefings to understand menu changes, promotions, or special instructions. Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service. 4. Compliance & Standards Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards as set by the company and local regulations (SFA/NEA). Follow all cash handling and POS procedures accurately. Ensure personal grooming and uniform standards are maintained at all times. Requirements: Prior experience in F&B service or hospitality preferred (training provided for entry-level candidates). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality, with a passion for customer service. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
