With 3 outlets up and running in the last 3 years, our team of passionate barbers are sure to deliver exceptional experience that is accessible to all.

We’re looking for Front of House to work at our outlets as we expand our presence in Singapore.

Basic salary at $18xx, depending on level of experience.

5/5.5 day work week.

Industry experience is preferred, applicants with salon background are welcome.

Job Description of Front of House
- Attends to clients’ inquiries, follow through with clients’ concerns and resolve issues involving clients promptly in accordance to company’s guidelines
- Serve drinks to clients if needed
- Serves as a liaison between clients and barbers
- Inputs the outlet’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data
- Take cares of for the outlet’s appointment booking system
- Works with Senior Barber/ Outlet IC and Barbers to ensure smooth running of appointments and manage customers if appointments overrun
- Sells products and packages
- Performs daily sales closing report for outlet
- Ensures daily settlements, receipts and cash tallies
- Maintains adequate stock for retail/ back bar and tidying of shelves
- Report to the Outlet IC and perform all tasks assigned by them
- Works with Outlet IC to maintain the overall effectiveness and optimal working environment of the outlet
