Associate, Regulatory Compliance (Ongoing Compliance Services)IQ-EQ is a leading Investor Services group which combines global expertise with an unwavering focus on client service delivery. Job Description Manage a portfolio of clients Provide advisory and consultancy services to clients Submit and/or review regulatory filings and notifications Liaise and correspond with MAS and auditors Periodic compliance reporting to senior management or board of directors Provide or review compliance manuals Provide or review compliance checklists, registers, and calendar Prepare and review regulatory returns and forms Perform ad-hoc projects, including but not limited to regulatory mock inspections, AML/CFT CDD checks Other ad-hoc duties as the need arise What We Offer Comprehensive remuneration and pension: motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile Wellbeing: private health and dental cover, life assurance and other benefits Annual leave: 25 days paid leave plus all statutory public holidays Maternity and paternity leave, education leave and more Flexible working: we recognise the value of working flexibly and are open to conversations to set up flexible working arrangements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Law or other relevant degrees Experience in regulatory compliance or internal audit with financial institutions (e.g. regulated fund managers, Big 4 audit firms, MAS) is an added advantage Meticulous and detail-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised and self-disciplined; a team player with strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Junior candidates will be hired at Associate level Additional Information At IQ-EQ we want you to reach your full potential.
